Rebecca J. Overton

Rebecca Overton is a native of Gary, Indiana and now resides in South Georgia. She began writing in 2008 and has recently published her first highly anticipated memoir “The Broken Pieces.” Rebecca received her undergrad degree in 2009 in Business Management and her Masters in 2012 in Marriage and Family Counseling. Understanding the actions and thought processes of others is important to Rebecca. Helping individuals and families get past the hurts and build upon their strengths, while developing concrete problem solving skills, and improving communication skills,  was the driving force behind her pursuance of a Counseling Degree. Armed with this knowledge and understanding Rebecca gained the courage to begin her memoir and explore the trails of her past.
